Again, this is just a sample of what can be done. Custom engraving from phots including pets, coasters, key chains and much more. The Glowforge has a size limit of 10 inches x 16 inches. So bear that in mind.

Prices range from $2.50 for a birch plywood keychain to  $20 to $65 for a 5 x 7 depending on whether I have to spend a lot of time making your photo laser ready. This is just a ball park figure. Larger engravings depend on size ordered and the amount of work needed to get it ready to engrave. $75 and up.

Prices for a 5×7 engraving from a template are $17.

Materials used will generally be 1/4 birch plywood for most engravings. Hardwood may be available on request at a higher cost. Presently, keychains are of birch plywood. My new linde of keychais will be thicker maple discs and will price at $5 -$8 engraved on both sides. .

Wood can be stained but, again, at extra cost. Besides wood, tile, glass and slate are available. I am also experimenting with canvas panels. We’ll see how that goes!
